    Rested XP

    If you plan ahead and make all the possible alts that you may want to play now, and then log into each char (not just create it), then by the time you have a level 40 char and decide to try on an alt, it will have a ton of rested XP.

    No because you can only have 1 full and a half bar example:

    level 1 your rested goes to lvl 2½
