Its only 2.7kb, yours is 6.8mb, which is a little odd considering they do the same thing. The one above also includes the source.

Yea I tried his works good. But I wanted to remove the EULA as well and thought maybe other people would find this useful. Mine has a GUI, and has a 6.45mb mp3 and jpg embedded into the .exe which is why it's so large. It's virus free and all that good stuff, check for yourself. If you're that worried don't use it!

I used tomit12's and it worked great. I would love to make the EULA disappear as well, as his didn't. Still, the fact that it's so large does raise suspicion. I'd be interested if you could make one that only made the EULA go away, since we have a movie killer already.

This doesn't work, the intro movie is still there, the game crashes when the the EULA screen pops up. it would be nice if it did work though.

I recommend doing a "full file check" with the war patcher before trying to install. I just did a full file check and repatched with version 1.0.0.5 and it worked perfectly. This is only tested on the American version btw.

Thanks for trying this out Yaggy. Unfortunately I discovered that there is a problem with the way my patch works. I didn't realize that peoples game data files were different. I assumed everyone's files were the same. Basically what this means is that the patch would only work for people who happen to have the exact same data files as mine. I am working on a new patch that will work for everyone and should work no matter what version of the game anyone is using. I apoligize to anyone that this didn't work for. Hopefully I'll have a new one for everyone in the next couple of days.
