[Help!] I have been scammed/hacked somehow

Ok so i recently was banned for 3 hrs then a 72 hr ban on my account (the one i use, not one i have scammed) and i think some how someone scammed me or hacked me but i have no idea how. I sent an email to the account admin email from the Blizzard website. is there anything else i can do? and will i get my account back and what should i do when i get it if i do to keep my self same from getting perma banned?

i have no idea. the only way is maybe my bro did something but im 99% sure he didn't. and i was accused of trying to sell gold on a server i have never heard of

Just mail them explaining your situation.
Change your info.
Also request to change your SQA (yes, it IS possible).
