[Exploit] Respawn exactly where you died

Update: This exploit has been fixed as of 1.02

Mythic aren't the smartest bunch. It appears that they allow the client to freely set the respawn location upon death. If you die anywhere in the world or in a scenario simply type:
    Code:
    /script BroadcastEvent(SystemData.Events.RELEASE_CORPSE)
And you will pop up right where you left off. The only downside at the moment is that you are forced to wait 30 seconds. I'm working on an add-on that automatically does this and it should get rid of the 30 seconds as well so stay tuned.

I tested this and it does work. As long as you don't click Respawn you'll spawn right where your corpse is. Yes, there still is the respawn timer.

4 minute timer is not fun, lol. Good find nonetheless. Given that this command works, who knows what else you can tell it to do...?

After testing it some more, I found that it works great out of the Scenarios. If used in Scanerios you'll have a 4 minute wait time. If you click the respawn object you'll have that black screen there until the timer reaches 0

The 4-minute thing must be the result of a hotfix. Just a few hours ago it was only 30 seconds.

A quick fix would be to type /script WindowSetShowing("TwoButtonDlg1Box", false)

What did you think was going to happen when you posted this here? You might as well have cent it to a CSR.
