This is not me I simply found it, was posted yesterday by a guy complaining.
This is a legit cm response. So its not banable at all and if the change the policy at a later date IM sue they will post about it .

I am a first timer AFK-Farmer... and did it for six hours last night while I slept. The benefit was nill, mind you - 10% increase in my RP and EXP... which is like 5 minutes of quest grinding at my level. And it popped up the "Code of Conduct" window at me. Eeep.

Anyways, when I awoke, it said I was disconnected from the server, and I could not reconnect. And I was down 1 character on the character list - so I thought they got me!

But I was wrong, there was a patch, and with some persistence I was able to get back in. Whew.

7 days ban. and if u read the rules on war-europe.com then u see its banable.

this is u.s. version and if your half smart you will not get banned for afking, esp on a first offense.

Theres a huge difference between being afk in a battleground and afking in an automated way though (aka using antiafk and addons that queue/join for you)

Don't know if being AFK is bannable or not but posting screen shots with your character name in full view on a 'Hack' site is definatly not a good idea!

When they said AFK in scenarios they ment you can join it then walk off and make a sanvich or something. I dont beleive they ment sure go ahead and bot!

same here i got a 5 day ban for afk in a keep altho i walked in a wall and didnt actually get a afk mark.. still ban
