TicketTracker Addon!

Hello I thougth that I just wanted to post the best ticket addon for WoW private servers! It has the easyest and noob-friendly functions.!
The download is made for my server so follow the post to remake it!

(I take no credits for the addon it self but for this post)

Right now when you click Greetings it will say : Greetings "..name..", thank-you for choosing WoW Illumination. How may I assist you?

To change that, go to the folder , find TicketTracker.lua and scroll down until you see :
function TT_GreetByName(name)
SendChatMessage(".allow "..name);
SendChatMessage("Greetings "..name..", thank-you for choosing WoW Illumination. How may I assist you?", "WHISPER", nil, name);
end

function TT_GoodbyeByName(name)
SendChatMessage(".block "..name);
SendChatMessage("Goodbye "..name..". May you have great adventures!", "WHISPER", nil, name);
end

Now customize the Greetings and Goodbye to your server name / greeting.
