    Minimum downtime in real life gaming

    Hey, I wrote this guide up (Yes, me, Cush, wrote a guide :P) for all you people who are sitting in the middle of their Zul'Gurub or Molten Core raid with rumbling tummies thinking "If only I had eating something before I came on my raid" Read on if you are one of those hardcore gamers that play non stop in their spare time and want to cram as many hours into their games as possbile whilst only just hitting the minimum requirements for daily nutrition, hydration, cleanliness and more.
    Ok, now for the guide.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Uncle Bens Express Rice
    Ok, ill start with this amazing food. Uncle Bens Express Rice packs are £1 each (not sure if they have them in the USA, roughly $1.83 each if they are)
    The rice comes in a small pack with a moulded see-through base. All you need to do is shake the pack so all the rice is at the bottom, cut about 2cm into the top corner of the pack and put it in the microwave for 2 mins, Run back upstairs and check your raid or game until you hear your microwave ding. Run back down and empty the packet into a bowl...The rice should be delicious and piping hot...Easy to make and fills you up fast.
    They come in various flavours like curries and even egg fried. Also, you get ALOT of rice in the pack and you dont need to use a bowl you can just eat it straight off to save washing.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Raw apples (Washed, with skin)

    Apples are a good source of energy and vitamin C.
    They also contain small amounts of vitamin A, Calcium and Iron.
    Apples dont fill you up very much but they are health (as Vitamin C is a necessary nutrient (or micronutrient) if you dont want to turn you toes up to the daisies)

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    I dont have enough time to write any more...Ill edit this post and add more in when I can.
    Tip: Its ok to bring your friends into Azeroth...But remember to go out of Azeroth with them.
    Yeh , if you need this guide , you're definetly one odd person , but I GUESS , thanks for taking the time too type it? >.>
    Definetly though , add ramen noodles , very good form of noodles that are microwaveable or possible too cook on a stove. I normally put mine in the microwave for 3 mins , stir , 3 more mins , but I'm using an outdated microwave. /cry. So , anyone with a normal microwave can probably half that time.
    Or, you could get those pies and heat-and-eat =P; if you live with your parents, just make your mum cook something ^_-
    There is one food that will rule them all...
    SALAMI - You can get really nice ones or simple ones, w/e your choice, it fills you up, plus you dont have to cook it or anything!
    Props for a great post! This definitely is not the "same old guide" that I've seen everywhere else =)
