[How To] Reflection's Karazhan Mall on newer Arcemu Rev's

Ok, quite a few people have been having so issues installing Reflect's Karazhan Mall: http://www.mmowned.com/forums/emulat...l-2-4-3-a.html. Well, I just found a way to install it for all you people who have been getting errors when executing his sql's. The issue is, that Reflection is using an old ArcEmu Revision, Revision 646, and whenever you execute the vendors sql, it results in a failure . Here is how we will get it to work. YAY!

The Process:

Go to this page: http://www.mmowned.com/forums/emulat...rs-arcemu.html

There will be some links to download the vendors for your database. The post says, if you have this many columns on your vendors table download this etc. You need to download the one for the amount of columns you have, ok. This is how you can check to see which you need to download:

Open Navicat/Navicat Lite. If you don't have Navicat, download it here: http://www.navicat.com/download.php?id=1

Then, open your ascent/arcemu database by double clicking it. Then, double click your world database. If you are using WhyDB like me, then it should be: ascent_world. You should see a big table with a bunch of sections such as creature_spawns, etc. Find "Vendors", and double click it. From there a window should open with a list of vendors and columns. It looks like this:



After you know how many vendors you have, you can download the appropriate file . Once downloaded, extracted the files somewhere like your desktop, then go back to Navicat. Right click you world database and click, "Execute batch file".
Where it says "File:" click on the little button that says "..." to browse for the files you previously downloaded. Once you found them, click on Vendors.sql and then start it... hopefully it should be successful with no errors.

Now we can TRY to install Reflection's mall. Download it first: Filebeam - Free Fast File Hosting

Then, extract that file somewhere preferable too. Now, go back to Navicat, right click your world database, click "execute batch file", and then browse for the files you extracted. There should be a couple of folders, go into "Creature Spawns", and then execute "creature_spawn.sql". Repeat those steps but this time go into the "Portals" folder and execute "portals.sql", then the "Recalls" folder and execute "recall.sql".

If you did all these steps correctly, without any errors. Start your server, then when in game type without quotes, ".recall port mallvendors", or type ".recall port mallclasstrainers", or type ".recall port mallproftrainers". You should be teleported to one of the malls locations, and hopefully everything has spawned.

Apparently people had problems with gameobjects and creature spawns too, this will only fix it for you if you're having errors with vendors.

Nice guide though, and I hope some people get it to work.

When i excute the vendors sql. file i get an error almost instantly, i have 5 collums, i am useing apples arcemu ascent server thing, navicat 8 light for mysql, thats all the info i can think of, any ideas why i am getting this error? (btw i am useing the 5 collom dl file)

check and see if you executed the vendors.sql( not the one included in the malls zipped file)

i have tried and tried but i always get this error:

I installed all the correct files, as far as I could tell by following your instrustions.. but the mallvender portal doesn't work for me, and only horde trainers and prof venders spawned.. lol not good for Alli peeps

Hey I started it, and this is what it says:
