No not really. You will not be able to do anything with the account. Just give it away, play on it while you can, or scam gold and sell whatever you make.

You can send him a fake email, and give him your phisher link. To get the rest of his info.

Oh, if you have the e-mail address try sending him a link to your phish site. Maybe he will fall for it and you will will receive rest of the information you need.
