Need help with my first scam! (account)

Alright, so i seem to have found my first account. Information looks legit and seems like i have the Full Name, his Mail Adress, Adress complete with zip code and city, Login + password and the answer to secret question. I might just have the pass to his mail aswell. I do not have his cd-keys however.

What i was thinking is that im gonna check his account out at some random time like 5 in the morning to make sure that he wont be logged in and get suspicious.

What can i do with this account?
What's the fastest, safest and best way to attempt to steal one of his characters (or all of them. Better just attempting to steal one if he has multiple?)

What if i transfered his characters to another acc with his name and got his old banned? How easy would it be for him to take it back?

Well, if you really want the characters.. change the email on a saturday.. then make a new account with the same Full name. Then you will have to transfer the character from his account to your account. Then you perma ban the old account.. other than that do what MJC said if you dont have the money or the time to do this.

there is like a .05 chance that he can get the account back.. because once he sees that his account got permabanned he will just be like.. F*** this.. and quit.. or start a new account.. hopefully.

Good point, i might just try that. However if i were to transfer the characters they cost me 25$ each.. Just how bad can it get if i use my own visa?

First, I would call Blizzard and change the e-mails. Unless, you can get into his e-mail and confirm the new e-mail on the account. When you call Blizzard, just tell them that your can't log into the old e-mail so you need it changed. He will than ask you for your SQ.A so you tell him it. If he says its wrong just hang up. Now you know that you can't transfer the characters to another account. However, if the SQ.A is right just give him your e-mail and it will be changed. Than at 1AM just recover his password. Blizzard will be closed and he will not be able to call back in.
Second, buy yourself WoW and BC. Make your account with the same First and Last name. The other information can be whatever you want. Transfer the character(s) over to the account. The transfer is $25.
Third, once the accounts are safely on your new account, ban his account. You will probably get 72 hr ban. Once it gets unbanned, try doing something on his account to get permaban. You don't want him getting the characters back.
