Tag model edit wowme or not

Either have people tag whether the edit/mountswap or race conversion requires wowme or mefix or whether it doesnt.
Either include it in the thred title tag or at the bottom of the thread/download link page

This would be really helpful to people who either dont have wowme/mefix or dont use it
