A learn2read stickies banner in MEing section

As most people who have ever read in the model editing section, know about how ****ing RETARDED some people are. People constantly ask questions where they shouldnt, or ask how to fix problems that have been answered 100000000000000000 times. I cant stand it. There is basically 3 things i type DAILY in the model editing section, which are:
1. NO QUESTIONS HERE
2. Download the latest version of MWCS
3. Check the stickies/use the modeleditingfix
I think there should be a banner that says something along the lines of: NOOBZOR, dont post questions in the no questions section, have the most up to date MWCS, and have you read the stickies? And if u didnt, and ur doing something that could be answered through doing that, Fault will come to your house, show you the post, and then stab u in the kidney.

Now obviously, Im not completely serious about that being on the banner. But could there be some message for people under 20 or so posts that asks them to make sure they have the most up to date MWS, read the stickies, using modeleditingfix, and there not posting a question where it shouldnt be. This would prevent A LOT of these problems, cause it seems to be people's first or second post a lot of the time where they do these noobish things. Please, if u could do something, that would be greatly appreticated.

The same can be said for the Private Server Creation section as well. Many a times I just get frustrated with reading the same question over and over again and just refuse to help someone even after I posted a link to a guide that is easy to follow with picture after every step and they still ask for help. Hell even people posted questions about making a server in the Emulator Server Specialist Application thread.
