    perm banned account

    okay.

    i managed to transfer the chars off the account i wanted and got a perm ban on it.
    i still have access to the guys email and he just had a blizz email in it where they ask for his complete information like ID cd keys and so on.
    so my question is WHAT are the chances he will get his perm banned account back ? i deleted the blizz mail since it was unread so he wont notice.
    should i delete his email account and recreate it under the same name so he cant access it anymore ?
