[Release] Changed Starting Gear

This SQL will make all classes start with S¤, and guardian gear.
Including trinkets, fingers, neck and back.
weapons arn't included. All gear is dps.

1. Start by opening your database tool, such as Navicat, SQLyog,
HeidiSQL or whatever you use. For this I'll be using Navicat, as
it seems alot of the users use this, personally i use HeidiSQL.

2. Connect to you're database, and select the database which
contains your world tables. Often called Ascent_World.

3. Right click that database, and press "Execute batch file".

4. Now you will see a new box popping up, in this box press
the "..." button.

5. Navigate too the location on your computer where you
saved the SQL file, open it and press "Start".

6. All races now start wit the best ingame pvp gear

Yes, all races get's gear. All gear is dps wise.
