Woot, second post in a section. Finally we got this section, was hoping we did since I'm always trying new specs. This is my twink 39 rogue spec: http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=iZMhEzbVzhZh
It's obviously a sword spec, and I think it's pretty good. It depends how you play. My gear is pretty good (1 epic, the rest are basically blues or greens with amazing enchants), and I find this spec to be amazing. It's focused mainly on survivability, and that's what you want as a twink.

removed Dual Wield Specialization because i don't think is needed.

duel wield spec IS needed if you're a sword rogue. anyone who's had xp with pvping as a rogue would know. i do twice the damage with that talent, and sword specialization really isnt that much needed either, unless you have a really high damage sword.

i have a 39 rogue twink myself. mongoose, dagger spec. if you want his armory pm me, but i wont post his talents (no time left on account). i think it's something like 25/0/5 or 30/0/0 i may have messed his spec up since then.
