How to use:
Move The DLLs from the DLL file into your servers Script_bin,
Execute The SQL into your Database with Hedi-SQL Or what ever Database Editor you use, Restart your server and In the game do .npc spawn 85100 and Enjoy.

Friend Porter? Personly i think thats going to annoy them A LOT! lol
Also half the stuff could have been done in Lua, it's faster and easier to edit...
