[HELP] Need website help badly will pay

Hey guys so i just bought a website for my guild

WoW Guild Website | World of Warcraft Guilds - TEMPLATES

i bought file access to that site. But i bought the self install saving myself 60 bucks thinking i could do it. If any of you guys could help me set this up i can pay 20 dollars and i could give you file access to the site. So basically a 60 dollar pay!
