Ascent SERVER ISSUES!

i followed this tut http://www.mmowned.com/forums/ascent...ng-public.html to the very word even the rhelm looping. However when i launch the login server it says bind with port 8093 unsuccessful. Any idea what is causing this? Yes i am admin on my computer. Yes i did port foward and even checked it with canyouseeme.org.

this goes away after i changed the ISHost to my dns url in ascent-logonserver.conf

ex:
<Listen Host = "Dnsurl"
ISHost = "Dnsurl"
RealmListPort = "3724"
ServerPort = "8093">

testing server now to see if i can log in.

edit:

Ascent can connect to the login server however the login server rejects the ip going to change that now to see if i can login.

all appears well with the server however after i log in it stays at "connected" forever. No idea how to fix this.

when trying to connect to my server i can only use my dns url and 127.0.0.1 if i try and use my ipchicken.com ip it says can not connect.This is prob the reason login server is unable to bind that port. i also got a friend to try and connect and using the dns url he can not even log in. could this be because i have more then 1 dns hooked up to my external ip?.. Any Help?

That should do it..
NOTE! Do not use hamachi if you want an server online.. Not so many people want to download it.. Much easier if you use DynDns , Search for it here at mmowned or at google.

Oh sorry didnt see that you chanced to dyndns.. But just so you know if you going to use dyndns all you need to do is to have everything at default and then just chance the Realms to your Dyndns IP.. hehe i dont expect you to understand me but anyway^^

Cannot bind normally means the port is already in use. Just try a different one and foward it.
