Blizzard Phone Busy 24/7?

So I've been trying to call blizzard to get this email changed literally ALL day and it keeps ringing busy and giving me the "All circuits are currently busy" message. I've tried it from 3 different phones, has anyone else had this problem?

Many GMs on the Customer Service Forum constantly talk about this.

The problem is, they have too many people calling in at once, and not enough people and lines to hold them all, so, you get a busy signal. Before, it would typically only happen on Mondays (due to the build up of people with problems over the weekend), but it's getting worse and worse.

The only thing you can do is to keep calling over and over and hoping you get through. =/
