Spell Haste Cap

how do i remove the spell haste cap on my arcemu server? It seems to be limiting to only 50% of the original cast time at maximum. Is it even possible? For example: Binding Heal 1.5 sec original cast time to something lower than 0.75 secs.

If you can push something down to 1 sec it's enough, global cooldown will stop you from casting any faster anyway. ;>

haste reduces gcd if im not wrong. atleast the one gained from the priest buff or trinkets / heroism

1.5sec is the default gcd, you can lower it down to 1sec with haste/talents, but no lower.

So...Is it possible to remove the 1 sec global cooldown cap? I know it sounds IMBA but i am just wondering how to do so if it were possible. That and the spell haste cap.

can anyone help with this seemingly simple questions? Its just because I played on another server where the caps were removed and it was ascent though...im using arcemu.
