Server not working

Yesterday my server was working fine, but when I try to get into the DB, or start up the .exe's, I get this error

"Cannot connect to SQL database on localhost (10061)"

Even though I have the right password and user, it just doesn't work. Please help..

Maybe a stupid question but..

Do you got a MySQL database?

Yes I do, Whenever I try to open it using Navicat SQL, I get the error.... It was working perfect yesterday.

Yes I do have it running. When I try to connect it via Navicat, it doesn't work.

ok heres the fix.
go to mysql instance conf
do reconfigure instance
go blah blah blah when you get to modify security settings uncheck it and push execute
it will start mysql and you will be able to connect

Did you just recently Upgrade from a Different repack?.

The reason im asking is because AC-web repacks for instance use localhost / root/ascent for host/name/pass...and it seems its having trouble connecting to localhost.

Arcemu if its a repack might use something else.. and you may have needed to change that...

Otherwise only thing i could suggest would be to uninstall and reinstall Mysql and reset up connection.
