Their are many free newssystems on the internet. Search one at hotscripts or another place and they will have a good qualitie.

I made my own forum and more...I can Php HTML flash Java and SQL when it comes to sites...

ah right thanks well im looking to make a portal but im stuck for choice lol wether just to do a simple one where you make a pst through the sql db and it shows up or make a proper one which will take time :S
