How do I make Kil'Jaedan stay where he was spawned forever?
there are three ways, not sure if first 2 work, didn't try them myself:
.npc spawn (ID) 1
adding 1 at the end of command should force emu to save npc to database
they also say that .saveall should work after you spawn an npc
last one is adding it directly to DB. maybe use gps command to get the right coordinates from game.

Ehmm, i think he means to stay on his position, also unable to move.

In that case you could give him a movement speed like 0.0001
Or in LUA you could also make him stay by a command there.

in that case you could try:
StopMovement(time)
time is in milliseconds, just enter a huge value.
