How can other people access my site?

I'm trying to set up an account creation page for my server with wamp and I still cannot figure out how to make it so that anybody can access the page once it is up. I can access it but when I give my friends a link to the page it doesn't open for them.

*The problem has something to do with my firewall (McAfee) because whenever I disable it completely this is when my friends can see the site, but I'm not going to keep my firewall down the entire time like that.

Does anyone know what I could do to fix this problem?

How can other people access my site?

GO into your firewall settings and add port 80 and forward port 80 through your router

Thanks for the reply, but I've already forwarded port 80 through my router, sorry for not mentioning that.
Is there anybody who has worked around this problem with McAfee?

Chances are your ISP blocks port 80 like a bunch do.
Left click on wamp > apache > httpd.conf > find the 80 port, change to something like 82 and then your site will be like Website Hosting - Mysite.com
If your isp blocks port 80 you could also try calling them asking them to unblock it, don't know if they will but worth a shot.
    Wish you luck.

Have you went to C:/windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts.file and put
    Code:
    127.0.0.1 your domain name

I hate it when people mention +Rep in their signatures...oh wait...fail

Be sure not to have a yellow gauge and your ISP may be blocking port 80.

Yes Apache is running and yes the wamp thing is yellow, but that shouldn't matter right? Because when I lower my firewall so that anyone can get on the site it's still yellow anyways.

gah I've tried forwarding the ports on McAfee as well, still no luck. Thanks for the suggestions though guys. I've made an account and asked about this problem on the McAfee forums, hopefully I'll have more luck there.
