What exactly is it you need help with in regards to calling them? Changing the email? Have you got the full info (SQ&A etc) for the account?

Did you check out the article I linked?
He walks you through, step by step, all of the scenarios you would encounter when calling blizzard.

If that isn't adaquete, I'd recommend finding someone experienced that you trust to do the calling for you. I could certainly do it, but I'd understand if you werent comfortable with this.

Calling Blizz is a pain in the ass, but generally very simple. Either you have the correct information and you are able to recall the account, or you dont and you just hang up. Although sometimes you get bitchy women ( although I have gotten one bitchy guy) that try and get like all kinds of info from you. Its not hard though, just time consuming.
