Havent used this program before but It looks to me like it wants you to imput your ISP's outgoing mail server, as well as your internet account information.

Let say you are connected to the internet through shaw broadband.

SMTP host should be something along the lines of mail.shaw.com

your account ID would obviously be whatever you use to connect to your ISP's services, such as email, domain space, tech support etc etc.

as for the authentication field no clue on that. what are the options in the drop down menu?

That is what that picture seems to indicate to me, but I have never used the program before so I could be way off base.

I would be careful with this type of thing. ISP's are generally very tough on spammers, especially through their own SMTP servers. I'm not for sure thats what this program does, but the name sure indicates that it does something like that. It's best to send mail through an outside source. Otherwise, you run the risk of having your ISP get on your ass. The best case scenario would be getting a warning and cease-and-desist-type letter. The worst case would be you finding your internet shut off one day, and possible legal action.

Just go google you're ISP's (Internet Service Provider's) SMTP and fill in the SMTP field. That is all you need to do. Oh and to the idiot Trauts, this is a legal program that is just one of the many that are used to ADVERTISE LEGALLY websites, groups, games, etc. Do you really think all those emails you get from businesses are HAND WRITTEN? Of course not.
