[Guide] Site not working?

Well.. I've been screwing around with wamp and my own private server and always when I tried to get onto the site.. it said:
'Forbidden for bla bla to access'
Well.. I actually figured out why.. it is obvious but some of you it might help..

Ok.. I assume you have installed wamp and have downloaded some site package.. thingy..

Ok.. so when that's all good and stuff, others need to be able to get on you're site and make an account..
They need to be in your Hamachi Channel (If you use hamachi, that is)

Go to the wamp icon and press start all services


And now.. the magic part.. -.-


Yes.. that's right.. press put online.. and it should work...
Hope that made it clear..
I know it's very straight forward.. but some people forget to do it.. and spend a couple of days figuring out why that site wont work.. (meme -.-)
