Best PL sites [1-60]

Hey, I am aware MMOKings is probably the best (I have bought a 1-60 from them previously), however I am now looking for a cheaper 1-60 but still with a relatively low chance of being banned.

A few websites which I know to avoid (from personal experience) would be wow-powerleveling.org (got ban within 20 minutes) swagvault.com (ban within 3 hours) and thsale.com (ban within 5 hours)

If anyone could suggest something, that would be great

I tried wowmine, 1-70, they are a bit slow but didn't got banned, and rep with different factions has been farmed well etc

I guess they're the only one who hand-lvl accounts then. All those lazy chinese power-levelers just start an out-dated version of glider and walk away.
