    [Help!] Challenged Payment

    Hey guys!

    I have putted some money on the account the i canceled so i only had a month on it so it wont keep auto-refill.

    But now i dont have more money on it but it says:


    Challenged Payment


    Greetings! The ability to add a payment has been turned off on this account. This could be due to a payment issue that is being investigated or to a permanent closure of this account (check your account status). If you believe that this could be related to a payment issue, could you please contact our Billing Support team via World of Warcraft Europe -> Supportwith the following information:
    1. How many account are you paying for with this card?
    2. Have you tried to enter your payment method with just one card?
    3. Is your bank based in a country other than the one in which you are residing?
    What does it mean?

    i have never heard of this before, try contact them saying that u have had different cards on the account before, but that you have now got a new one, and just say that its the only account that u will be paying for atm

    First of all check your account status. If it's ok, approach the billing support team and ask them what is this related to. Most probably they will tell you that when you cancelled your CC, your bank withdrew the money from their account and what basically happened was that you played a month or so for free and they want their money back. Settle it like a normal customer and billing support are supposed to and you are good to go. If that's not the case, then it most probably is fraud suspicion due to the usage of different CC's (probably from different countries, too).

    Account status, if banned then you can't pay, second thing if you paid with the same card for a numerous accounts then you'll have to mail them the 3 questions, happened to me a million times and got the card back working perfectly.
