haha i see that all the time on my guy like some times when ppl cast a random spell that u havent seen icon for such as some 1 making a bolt of nether weave. or some 1 casting a furbolg form.. it just shows a fat guy cause it doesn't know wat else to show

you can see his face in every warcraft blizzard made, which would be all, you just have to look. careful the first time you see it in #2 you might want to have some one to hold cause it will make you pee your pants.(no since goin down alone)

I remember back when I was like, level 17 I randomly got a "Minor Resistances" buff with the icon when running through mods in Elwynn... And I got a buff with that icon once more in VC, didn't get to read the name though...
