Ya ive been all these places too ^^ kinda easy to get under tortage and you can swim behind tortage

Hmm... I got there rom coastal cave. wonder how you did. GZ for succeding anyways.

I could swim from the harbor and out i dont know if i was bugged or not
and at the smuggler note in the little alley where it is at the end you can jump at it and get under tortage

Good to know, have not been under tortage at all - at least not on play char.
