New WotLK Arenas
- 2 new WotLK arenas. Dalaran Sewers and Orgrimmar Arena
- Simple yet innovative
- Dynamic objects in the arena, for example a pillar moving up and down randomly or on a timer.
- Players will start right next to each other, and won't be able to camp at starting areas.
Dalaran Sewers Arena
- Similar in size to Blade's Edge Arena.
- Map is located in the sewers of Dalaran. When the city moved it took a big chunk of stone with it, which became the sewers.
- Player will be shot out of water tube and won't be able to camp the starting area.
- A few ramps around the center area, and a player height ledge all around the sides.
- Dynamic Object: A water pipe will sometimes shoot out water which will block LOS.
- No Mounts.
Orgrimmar Arena
- Dynamic objects: Pillars will go down and spikes that do damage will come up. Pillars will move on a timer, players will be able to see a wheel spin around.
- Elevators will bring up the players to the center of the arena right next to each other. It'll be a few seconds before the match start.
- Orc NPC's will be featured as spectators.
- Mounts are allowed.
Lake Wintergrasp
- First outdoor world zone dedicated solely to PVP.
- Almost no PvE elements.
- Will support both large and small scale PVP.
- Both ground and air siege Weapons.
- Destructible buildings.
- Capturable graveyards.
- Wintergrasp will both give normal honor points but also marks of honor
- A river will prevent ground siege weapons to cross over.
- There'll be bridges which can be destroyed
- A large Keep is the main objective to capture, all the walls of it can be destroyed.
- All the walls around the Keep has cannons etc.
- There'll be a percentage score showing how much players have destroyed of the destructible objects.
- Wintergraps gives an reward similar to the spirit shards in Terrokar for everything in Northrend.
- Rewards will be unique.
Siege Weapons
- Forsaken Catapult
- Faster than The Demolisher, and more agile than all the other siege weapons.
- Is the siege weapon that cost the least to build.
- Flame Breath attack from the front.
- Very short range.
- The Demolisher
- Baseline vehicle which support both short and long range attack plus a ram attack.
- Can bombard players and buildings and houses a driver who controls the weapons.
- Houses three additional players who can fight, but are exposed.
- Siege Engine
- Hardest hitting ground vehicle.
- Longest range vehicle.
- Driver controlling the ram attack.
- It has a turret that is controllable by an additional player.
- Additional passengers who are protected.
- Bomber
- Fast air vehicle.
- Has a pilot who controls the vehicle
- Gunner who controls bombing
- Fighter
- Extremely fast air vehicle.
- For transportation of players.
- Vulnerable against anti-air attacks.
- Goblin Shredder
- Anti-air unit.
- Uses long range rockets.
- Works as a personal armor suit, if the unit is destroyed the player inside won't die.
- Has a strong melee attack as well.
- Can jump over walls and destroy rockets.
- Very vulnerable to ground siege weapons.
Titan Isle - New Battleground
- 15vs15 or 10vs10 (Not decided yet)
- Located on an island off Northrend that was used for Titan experiments.
- Attack/Defend game. One side starts as attackers the other as defenders, afterwards the sides swap.
- Destructible objects (buildings, walls)
- 3 sections with destructable walls
- Controlling the walls provides siege warshops
- Defenders start in the middle of the map
- Attackers has to fight their way to the capture points on top, they have nothing to begin wth.
- Similar size as all current battlegrounds except Alterac Valley.

Losing battlegrounds on purpose to get a mark faster
The losing side will always be rewarded.
Spectator mode for arenas?
They've thought about it, but it's a complex issue. Some players don't want to be spectated for example.
Won't Lake Wintergrasp be lagged and crash servers due to massive amount of players?
Blizzard is working on the technical aspect of wintergrasp, for example of there's a lot of players camera distance will be lowered automatically etc.
Changes to Arena and battlegrounds rewards?
PvP loot rewards will stay the same.
Warlock pet resilience and AoE damage scaling?
They are happy with the pet scaling right now.
Faction imbalance in battlegrounds?
Changes will be made to try and fix this issue, for example through the queue system.
