PayPal Account keeps getting limited?!

Hey guys. My PayPal account keeps getting limited. They send the money to me, I quickly try and buy something, then it says "Error, limited accounts cant buy" or whatever the error is. How do I avoid being limited? Do I wait 5 mins, or do I buy small amounts of stuff? Please, need anyone whos had past experiences with this pain in the ass! :P

Use 1 paypal per IP
Get Verified
Don't get too many disputes

its because your using a proxy and keep switching ip's and stuff.

Use a manual proxy per account.
Tor is the worst.

I'm using a proxy (not tor) and i've tried this 3 or 4 times.
Each time I get the same error as OP.
"Limited accounts may not send money"
It only does this after I try to buy.
I think it's because I'm trying to buy timecards,
so I'm gonna buy some gold and post back.

It's limited because it can tell that your IP keeps changing, and Tor does that, so do a ton of other proxies, so just google it: how to set up a manual proxy

mine gets limited to I think they might have got smarter and want people to put in their account inof before you can use the money now

I'm having tons of trouble with manual proxies.
I know there are ones that you can buy, but I don't want to do that if you can get em for free.
I found a few that worked for a little while and then stopped.
I also found some that changed IP's constantly.
Any suggestions?

You can either buy a private proxy, or if you are really poor you can try Hotspot shield.

( or google proxy )

Paypal monitors unverified PPs who get large ammounts of money. Also, PP can see if you are using an ''unverified IP'' or in other words a proxy.

Basically, they monitor you =p, Luck can be a factor

Yeah. Not so great for us freeloaders.
I'll probably end up buying a proxy or a subscription to a proxy site.
