Exploring Stormwind (Not under Stormwind)

So i was trying to get too the place behind the big statue in Stormwind right when you enter.
Unfortuenly or whatever, I don't have any Slow ability on my Shaman.

Anyways, here's a picture and i'm getting started on a guide asap when I get a Game Card.

You are over thinking it. Just a hint though: the pillars that go up to it from the ground are key.

Heheheh, I accidently did this the really easy way. Using mountains near thundefalls I climbed reasonably high and slow fell right on that wood pad area
