Running Sanctum of the Burning Souls takes me about 14 minutes per run, then 2 more for resetting and buffing. I make around 10-13 silver per run, making it the best way to make money until the late level 50s. Here's what you do:
1. You must be around level 46 or 47, be sure all mobs inside are gray to you. Enter instance, and buff up. Kill first boss, skip the altar boss (unless you were smart and didnt turn in the summon quest, if you didn't abandon current quest, pick it up again, and loot holy idol off first boss, and kill altar boss), kill the blood boss, the princess, and then the final boss, bypassing all trash mobs. Once done with bosses, jump off cliff outside final boss room, and die.
2. Rez at the entrance graveyard, and then zone out into Epic Mode Wild Lands of Zelata. This will prevent you from being ganked while outside.
3. Next, look in OOC or the new Aquilonia channels, and invite a random person. Promote them to leader, and then enter instance. Leave the party, and if they ask "whats group for?" or w/e.. just say, "invited wrong person" to prevent people from declining future invites.
4. Repeat steps 1 and 2.
5. You only have to repeat step 4 every other entrance into instance. The instance resets for each new leader when entering. Thus first time you were leader, its your's.. Second time, it was hte person you invited and promoted to group leader.. third time it'll be you,.. etc etc..
You will make around 45s per hour running this in the above fashion.. don't bother looting the items, they only sell for 1-2 copper per. Loot the items you may still need, and/or spam in Aquilonia and OOC channels saying you're selling loot. Say 4-5s per item, or 10-14s per run. Make sure it's around these values or higher, or youw ont make money after all the money inside is split between you and the person you're running through. Make them stay at entrance, and roll need on the items they paid for.
I'm about to be able to afford my mount after only a couple hours of farming this instance, and at level 48.. 10-20 levels before most people get their mounts, unless they have preorder one.
