[Help][PayPal] Scamming USD with non-existing WoW accounts.

I know nothing about paypal and what it covers / doesnt cover.
    I was wondering...
Say I found a sucker on MD.
Said "WTS blah blah full t6 400 USD"
If he's dumb enough to do it without seeing it ingame, and I wait 72 hours after he made the 400 USD payment to my paypal, the 72 hours have passed, and I do not give him ANY account.
    What can happen?
Do I keep the money unharmed because it's a " Virtual Item "
    Or what?

Rep to anyone who gives accurate answers.

I would avoid scamming for money, especially on paypal, since I have now read many topics recently about how paypal is still fining them and they are getting in some deep shit.

Well I'm not sure how they would find out about the actual " account " I was selling him.

I've been hearing they could care less about virtual items.

Exactly, so when he files a dispute, they don't care about you because they give the buyer the benefit of the doubt so they refund him the money.

Trust me, i have personal experience with this.

Paypal has the right (and has been known to) file a claim and make you pay a certain amount of money. If you don't pay it then you can be taken to court and prosecuted.

Its your risk, make sure you are behind a VERY good proxy, because it is possible to track you down even if you use a shitty proxy.

" So hey, WHAT IF I pretended to sell a World of Warcraft account, and never gave the guy the account even after he payed? What would happen? "
