They will want to know the phone number first. Give them the number you're calling from.
Then tell them you want to change your e-mail on the account. They will ask last name and sq/a and just give them the info. They will ask what you want to change it to and you give them your e-mail address. DO NOT SAY YOUR E-MAIL OR ACCOUNT WAS HACKED. They WILL send it to account administration and they will lock your account. The only way to get it back from that is to send in some type of identification.

Once you have the account in your e-mail and a changed password make a new account with their last name. Xfer the characters. Ban the old account.

Hmm, i was going to ring up and change the email so that i can use the account. Are you saying that this is not possible?

I was hoping to avoid having to purchase another account, also there are 4 lvl70s and i would only be able to get 1 of them.

DONT CHANGE THE EMAIL. just transfer the chars off the account, because the other guy is the OO he can easily take the account back even with a changed email. xfer the chars to a new account and ban the old one, this is your only chance.
