[Helper] How to get rid of permanent debuffs

Well... dear glitchy and any other suffering from eternal condammnation (arghs debuff 50% snare *eek*)

have a higher lvl player apply the same debuff on you ( this shall overwrite the existing - but stack at first sight - then have him kill your char and now rezz.

in some cases the icon still is displayed .. check it up pressing alt+z (alt+y) twice.

You're free to collect some more debuffs now that you can move more freely ^-^

What the OP means is that at the moment there is a bug in the client where when buffs wear off they dont disappear from your buff bar they just sit there flashing.

So when you recast the buff it looks like you accually have it twice which isnt the case and can sometimes make it look like you have more maximum hitpoints than you do as well.

To 'refresh' the user interface and get rid of these expired buffs that still show up you press ALT-Z which removes the GUI (for taking screenshots etc) and then press ALT-Z again to bring it back. This will most of the time fix the bug so you dont see like 373753 expired buffs still on your screen.

Ok to get you the point:

This is not that buff-thing... it's the DEbuff thing ! as debuffs are stored serverside and sometimes wont wear off., not even after a relog, this method is explicitely meant to help to get rid of those DEbuffs without the help of a GM.
