[Bug] Glowing trail while moving

kind of useless but it looks cool,

unless melee classes have some spells i dont think it will work for them

1. Start casting a spell
2. Start running right as spell is about to get casted

if you did this right then you will have a glowing trail while running and a frozen cast time bar, it cancels as soon as you stop moving though
