so I call, I have the account name, name on the account (first and last) and the SQ/SA, here's what the convo went like:
Him: Hello blah blah blah may I have your name please?
Me: *Fake Name, spell out last name*
Him: Email please?
Me: *Email*
Him: Thank you, what can I help you with today?
Me: I want to change my e-mail address.
Him: Blah blah, what's the secret answer?
Me: *give him secret answer*
Him: Okay thanks, what's the old e-mail address?
Me: I forgot, it's been awhile since I've logged.
Him: Okay, what's the address on the account.
Me: I moved, I can't remember.
Him: Can't help you then.
-_- did they change the way they recall? I've gotten plenty of accounts without the need for old e-mail address OR residence address on the account.
This may be sad, it was my last call to them so I want to see if they beefed up security, was it just this one Representative that was a paranoid mofo or what?
