[Exploit] Rest while talking

When you're running around in town and handing in lots of different quests you run out of stamina rather quickly. A good way to replenish your stamina is to press Resting before talking to the questgiver. It will keep working while you're talking, so when you're done, you're back on full stamina and can sprint to the next questgiver.
