Basically seller always wins in a PayPal dispute for digital delivered items. Sell your account to somewhere like accounts.net and then sell it somewhere else and repeat for as many websites as you can .
( WITHOUT GIVING REAL HOUSE NUMBER OR FULL NAME)

After each website realises that tey dont have the info their file a dispute , you counter it and say " I sold my account to them , they have proof themseleves that I have , if I gave them all my information for the World of Warcraft Account and then they change it, how am I supposed to get back that account? These are clearly people who are trying to steal my account "

Within 2 weeks you have all your money for the account.

3. Change Char Name

Change your character name and repeat ! They don't blacklist your Paypal

WARNING: I'd suggest you use privoxy and tor while talking to them on firefox , I think they track IP's to get phone numbers.
