Possible Deomologist Insta Kill bug

There may be a bug with the Protection of Set spell with the Demologist. I am trying to get this confirmed.

You are supposed to use Protection of Set Rank 4 + Damage sheild feats in order to bug your character so that it INSTANTLY kills anything so you end up leveling INSANELY fast.

Can anyone confirm?

What are we supposed to confirm, that using Protection of Set rank 4 along with the feats that improves it instantly kills stuff?

my demo is still lvl6 :/

And looking through the feats I can't find any feat that improves that spell :s?
