First you need is a trial or a frends account etc

Create a level 1 and go spamm in SW or IF that you giving away a world of warcraft account ( some ppl ask why you just tell wow took to much of your life .kinda )

If somebody wants the account you tell story like this :
You can have the account but i didnt add no gametime bcos i stoping wow ( if you have better story use it ^^ )

Now give him the password of the account .. he will ofc change it

Now if he wants email change and he sends confirmation .. just tell you did changed and the wow-europe site lags to much.

Now wait some minutes / hours / days maybe ,, when you see he is on your char ( you will add him to your frend list) just go and use password retrieval .

Most ppl that i scamm that way add me 2 months so good luck.

he can add gametime without full name .. and if the account is frozen when he adds 1 month its automaticall billed from his visa ( whatever he uses )
