[AC Web Repack 7.7] Token Vendor FIX

Dear MMowner's : D

i use AC Web Repack 7.7, and i noticed that T4 and T5 in shattrath doesnt cost anything, so ur players will get free T5 and T4.. thats not how you'd like it to be, right?

i've got a SQL file that fixes this, read on:

1. Open Navicat username is root password is ascent
2. Execute batch that you just downloaded items_extendedcost.sql
3. restart server

Nice that you have worked with this. But I see that this make alot of other items cost no tokens.

Would be nice if you just pickout T5 and 5 from the SQL, else it's nice. +Rep for taking time.

And to Royalaty, ofcourse it works with repacks or w/e.

But clean the sql up abit
