How to set up and 2.4.X Server (Very Easy)

Step One: First u got to download this. RapidShare: 1-Click Webhosting

And then download this

when u done that start it up and then there should be and button located in the right corner click on that then click on ''Create a new Network'' Then choose u Username and password (Choose something easy so u can remember it else write it down) Then u can see u hamachi ip that u will need later.

That is actually the only thing u need to make and server.But if u wanna make it public, i'll tell u how.

Step Two: U need to edit something in u files in ac-web. First one go into server that is located in top.Now go into configurations.Then there is one named Ascent go into that Now im gonna show u exactly the places u have to edit. Almost in start u will find one named

There is this one to but u dont need to edit it its only and possibility

(Remember to save all u have done)

This where the first file u needed to edit.
Now to the next one go into ''Server'' now to configurations, and then ascent. And now into logonserver its located under ascent.

Then u will see this almost in start.

Thats all u need to do in that part, now to the next part. now u do the same again go into Server,Configurations,Ascent and then into realms.There should be one that looks like this

Address = "Hamachi IP:8129" <------- Do not delete the :8129

Colour = "1"
Population = "1.0"
TimeZone = "1">

Thats was all the important stuffs now start up all the things in control panel and then set u realmlist to Set Realmlist >Hamachi ip<

Thanks alot! this really helped me getting one set up when others i would get errors, just one question, can you change your level as an admin in this? if so, what is the command?

Of course u can just go into heidiSQL and find the file named Characters then find yours and then just mod its level there it could be level 500 or whatever u want it to be just dont mod higher than 1000 or it will ruin your server

GM command wont work, it doesnt summon anything, i have az in GM in accounts ...

i checked hunter and warlock pets aswell, tae beast doesnt work, niether does summon demon...

how does it help me, it has no creature IDs

U know that npc's are creature ID's, its hard to see them but they work. If u dont like them i will get u and new link.
