Stormwind Wizard Tower, but where?

I dont know about you, but i have always wondored if SW Wizard tower really was at Mage Quarter, or somewhere else, here comes the answer, 100% found by myself
First, get under Stormwind, theres many ways.
Second, go here:

point the direction my pet does.
run forward, and Jump.

1) How you get out of being under SW
2) The main reason to go under SW
3) Otherwise you go to the warlocks place

I had a guide that showed how to get under, get into mage/lock rooms, get behind an instance, and other stuff but it keeps getting deleted...it's pissing me off.

Actually, I broke into giggles when a Guildie told me that the Mage room was a instance, like the boats/zeps.

I was all like "ROFLCOPTER!" Then took him under SW. RawR!
