Why would you need a fake identification?

All you need is the last name on the account to transfer it to a new one. Use wow lawyer's method. You don't need a fake ID.

If you have the last name you won't need a fake ID just like Theblackmage said. Then you just get World of Warcraft and The Burning Crusade cd-key make it in some random name and his last name and boom, transfer it. Also I'd recommend you to get the other account permanently banned, that'll pretty much prevent him from recalling his character.
