How does it work?
Example:
1) You lend 0.1 ETH and we give you $300 USDC/USDT
2) You can do whatever you want with it
3) If you return us $300, we return you 0.1 ETH
4) If not - we have our 0.1 ETH

It works super simple, and most important, without an interest rates and liquidations!
