vulfstan aka snooppi11 aka Nikita Bolshakov is a Paypal refund scammer.

What happened?
Sold to him a lot of isk, at first transaction went great, I've sent him ISK as agreed, then few minutes later he sent money. No problems at all I even posted positive feedback in his thread.
But after 3 weeks, out of nowhere, without any contact, he issued a paypal refund for all the transactions.
